Latest Decrees from Discourses
When you are making decisions or think you have come to a conclusion as to what is the right decision in something, it is helpful to engage your higher knowing for assistance. To do so say the following:
Oh My Beloved God, now this seems to me to be the right decision in this matter. If this is indeed correct and in my highest and best interest, then You take charge of it; bring forth Your Perfection in it; bring forth Your Perfect Timing and Supply of all that is required for its completion. But if for any reason this is not correct and in my highest interest, then block it completely, but bring me its equivalent or something better.
Sometimes a choice or decision may appear to be blocked when it is only not the right timing. Ask to have that revealed to you by closing your eyes and making that request. This decree can be used in a shorter form even for phone calls and smaller things by saying something like: Oh My Beloved God, if this is the right time to call, then put it through; if not block it.
To resolve and complete emotions say the following:
Oh My Beloved God, I am aware of an emotion that has been limiting me for some time, and I would like to be free of that encumbrance. And so for that purpose I call forth the full activity of the Light, my own wisdom and knowing, connections with parallel and future selves, the Ascended Master Consciousness, the full activity of the Violet Flame; and the assistance, power, love and wisdom of the Great Ascended and Cosmic Beings and my own Holy Spirit, all in whatever quantity is necessary to cleanse and purify completely right now, any and all mis-qualified energies around the issue of the emotion of (name the emotion). I give thanks that this is already done, and so it is, so be it.
Oh My Beloved God, Come forth this day, into the Knowingness, the Indications, Confirmations and Support of what I need to do to establish and maintain my Sovereignty, my Freedom, my Fulfillment my Joy and my Happiness in alignment with that that you desire through me and in alignment with the Ascended Masters Divine Plan of Freedom.
Oh My Beloved God, stop all wrong qualification in my feeling world. And so charge my feeling world with your Harmony and Perfection that any tendency of the altered ego or personality/human self can no longer act to clothe the Pure Energy coming in with anything less than Your Perfection. So Be It!
Oh My Beloved God I have been troubled. Situations, circumstances and appearances in the world and even in my own life cause me some concern this day and have a tendency to keep me from that Joy and Happiness. And so I surround myself in the Lavender Bubble of Light and ask that nothing can come through that Light of Protection that would disturb or cause discord in any way. Likewise, let no energy go out from me through this Bubble of Light that would cause any harm to life or that would come back to me in any way that would be less then the perfection that I desire.
Oh my Beloved God, Great I am Presence in All of Life, Great Powers of Light, Ascended Masters and Cosmic beings, strengthen all of Humanity this day and set them free from every limitation of every kind. See to it that all entities incarnate or disincarnate, human or otherwise, who have sought to enslave or limit humanity in any way, see to it that they are seized and bound and removed from the earth at once and forever. May all of humanity be set free this day and may that freedom be maintained, sustained and self-sustaining so that each and every one may see and experience the fullness and completeness of their I Am Presence and Holy Spirit, and that their requests and calls to their I Am Presence may find immediate results and manifestation and give them the dominion and freedom in their life that they deserve and desire.
This, So Say I, from the Lord God of My Being, SO BE IT.
Oh My Beloved God, surround me now in this Invincible Light of Protection and Perfection. And see to it that this light is maintained sustained and self-sustaining. I Am the Victory this day and everyday of my Invincible Protection forever sustained. And I am the Victory this day and everyday of Perfection and only Perfection manifesting into my life and my world, my affairs and my experience. This so say I, from the Lord God of my Being. SO BE IT.

-See Spotlight of White Light Surrounding your body and then penetrating into your body and filling your body with this Light.

Oh My Beloved God, go ahead of me this day in Time, and go into my future, establish your Dominion there right away and hold your Harmony there in my feeling world, so that as move through Time I will encounter only your Perfection there in every moment that I experience. And go ahead of me physically, any day that I need to move about within humanity, and do indeed establish your Perfect Harmony, Love, Peace, Success, Timing, Knowing, Joy, and Happiness, Prosperity, Well-being, Supply and Protection that I may experience those as well.
Oh My Beloved God, you still have a vested interest in this my incarnation. And I thank you from the Totality of my Being that all of these things that I request are already so; that the Ascended Master Consciousness is guaranteed for me, yea, even in this embodiment and that this also includes the opportunity for the Ascension. This, So Say I from the Lord God of my Being. SO BE IT.

I choose to know that I never loose, and to therefore be joyful
and happy as I AM.

I AM a powerful manifesting god.

I AM empowered by my choices of thoughts, feelings, actions and words.
I AM willing to release the need for any compulsive, addictive behavior.
I choose to be aware in the Now that
I AM loved and provided for in all of my needs.
I AM choosing activities and behaviors that are healthy for me,
and for the good of all concerned.
I AM accepting and experiencing my Divine Dominion and Sovereignty.
I have complete and loving Dominion over all my life and affairs.
I AM willing to release the need for diversions.
I choose to devote time each day for an intimate and loving relationship with myself and my Holy Spirit.
I AM experiencing the wonder, love and the joy of knowing who I really AM.
I AM valuing the precious moments of solitude for communion with my Holy Spirit within.
I AM willing to release the need for confusion.
I choose to know and accept the truth about myself.
I AM in constant Divine contact with the truth of my life and affairs.
I AM lovingly and joyfully experiencing the freedom that truth brings to my awareness and my consciousness.
I AM willing to release the need for apathy.
I choose to be caring, and to take action for myself and others.
I AM applying love in all the situations in my life.
I AM grounded and at peace with life, and with myself.
I AM willing to release the need for delusion.
I choose to be honest with myself about all of my life and affairs, and to expect real miracles from God.
I AM listening and acting on the inner voice, from the guidance I receive from my Holy Spirit.
I AM experiencing miraculous events and circumstances in all my life and affairs.
I AM willing to release the need for irresponsibility.
I choose to be aware of my choices and to assertively choose what
I really want to say and do.
I AM completing the commitments and promises I have made to myself
and others, and
I AM empowered by my dedication and persistence, and by my follow-through in all that I choose.
Oh My Beloved God,
In my willingness to release the need for these things,
I now claim my wonderful New Life, a life that is a glory to You,
and that I be sustained through all the coming days,
and that I be happy and supplied at all times.

Oh My Beloved God,
Whatever there is in me that I most need to be willing to release, bring the awareness of that to me this day, that I may formally decree my release of It, and be free from that limitation forever.
It has been said by some people that change is scary. But I choose this day to welcome change because I know it means my freedom, it means my sovereignty, it means my dominion, it means my mastery, and all that I’ve ultimately wanted to achieve, or that You wanted to achieve through me, in this embodiment.
May I have the courage this day to change. May I have the love and passion to focus on a wonderful New Life, to walk into that life, be the Observer, and to love all that I’ve created
